The Sowers

Followed by The Sowers’ Ballad

Danced concert to share
Family audience from 6 months old
2018
The Sowers’ crew invites the public to a cosmic journey aboard their musical spaceship. It is thanks to the breath and the movement of the spectators from the youngest age that this imaginary journey can happen. Reaching the stars, breathing together, spreading one’s wings and turning into a condor to fly above the Andes cordillera… Landing all on top of the Altiplano and crossing the mountain with the peasant, sowing and connecting the ground and the sky by its movement. Then admire the sunset from the stars, where day and night meet infinitely…
The Sowers propose a “danced concert to share” taking place outside or inside, in theaters, parks, museums, architectural spaces … Artists with multiple talents question the link between sound and movement, through games of body, rhythm and voice. Indian bells, Benin bells, Baschet crystal, bagpipes…

These “in situ” forms continue the work done with Timée or the Stars Sowers, an indoor theatrical form that questions the relationship between man and the cosmos and the presence of art at the heart of nature, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.

The Sowers’ Ballad
This stroll can be a prelude to the fixed concert as well as the object of an artistic proposal in its own, an “acoustic artistic walk” without any particular conditions, invented according to the spaces and the audiences. The artists, musicians and dancers, take the public on a musical and dance journey in the heart of nature, inviting them to look at the landscape architecture, to escape through music and movement towards a moment out of time. The public from the youngest age is invited to take part in this sensitive and musical encounter.
